CONTACT
While in Cyprus, our agents Neil, Tina and Kim, who are originally from the U.K. but now run a Cypriot based Property Management Company, will be your point of contact. Contact details will be e-mailed to you on completion of booking and are also found in our information pack in the apartment.
DEPARTURE TIME
We request you vacate the apartment on the day of departure by 10am, however, provided there are no ìback to backî bookings we will be flexible with regards to this time. It is unlikely we will be able to give you a definite answer at the time of booking but please advise us when booking should a later departure time be required.
CAR HIRE
Car hire is advisable as there are many beautiful beaches, traditional inland Cypriot villages and historic sites within a short driving distance.
There are many car hire companies at Larnaca Airport and in the Kapparis area.
Car hire can be booked in advance via the internet, however, should you decide to hire a car or scooter during your stay in Cyprus our agents will be pleased to help.
Please note that car hire in Cyprus is not available to anyone under 21 years of age.
REMEMBER TO TAKE YOUR DRIVING LICENCE.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS
As part of our service and to make your holiday as hassle free as possible we can make arrangements with our agents to pick you up from (and return you to) the airport. The cost of transfers are approx CY£26 each way, based on a maximum of 4 people (payable at the time). Should your party exceed 4 people please ask for a quote.
Please advise us at time of booking if you require this service. We will then forward your flight details to our agents who will contact you direct.
Please note that it is your responsibility to advise our agents of any changes to flight times etc.
SUPERMARKETS AND SHOPS
Supermarkets and shops are similar to those in the U.K. You can get almost everything from local to imported goods.
There are a number of supermarkets close to the apartment, details of which can be found in our information pack in the apartment.
There is also a 24 hour bakery, located approx 1km from the apartment. The bakery stocks a good range of essential foods. We have found the bakery very useful, particularly when arriving in the early hours of the morning.
RESTAURANTS
Generally speaking, restaurants are cheaper in Cyprus than they are in the UK.
Unlike some other Mediterranean destinations, Cyprus boasts a wide range of different international cuisine, all at very favourable prices. We recommend you should really try one of the many tavernas with their traditional Mezes and Moussaka. Cypriot food will amaze you.
To keep the kids happy, you have McDonalds, KFC and Pizza Hut.

DVD AND GAMES RENTAL
An X Box is provided for your entertainment. There is a limited selection of games and DVD's available for your use, however, you should also consider bringing some of your own. There are also a number of hire shops in the surrounding area, details of which can be found in our information pack in the apartment.
